Error message using Proc Glimmix (newly downloaded for 9.1.3)

Hi,
I wonder if there's a problem with my downloaded version of Proc Glimmix. When I run a program that I ran successfully on someone else's SAS 9.2 with my newly downloaded add-on for 9.1, I get the following error messages:

Unable to restore 'Stat.Glimmix_Prod.ModelInfo' from template store!
ERROR: Unable to restore 'Stat.Glimmix_Prod.ClassLevels' from template store!

Are there glitches to the download?
