Error message help?!?!

Here's my code and here's my error message.

proc reg data=realest3;

  model value=size;

  plot value*size;

  run;

ERROR: Cannot write image to DiagnosticsPanel3.png. Please ensure that proper disk permissions

       are set.

It will give me plots and descriptive stats if I turn ODS graphics off. I would like to have ods graphics on to see some of the graphical output.

You are probably on a Server based platform? Using Unix with BI/DI?   
The current directly is set to a location you have no access to.  Change that.
