Downloding and installing SAS into my computer

Hie I am a new user of SAS software and program, so I get

difficulties in downloading and installing SAS software into my computer so please am asking for your help on the step wise procedure on how to go about. Second, I also asking your help on how to import the data files from Excel into SAS for the analysis and how to run SAS program to execute the analysis and the statistics.
