Does Anyone know how to write SAS Code for a Split Plot in Time Design?

I have data consisting of: Genotype: 8

Time (Weeks): 7

Subsample: 2

Replication: 3

Y = Plant Height

You need to provide more information. For example, for each of the 8 genotypes, do you have 2 subsamples? And for each of the 2 subsamples, do you have 3 replicates? for each of the 3 replicates, do you have observations at 7 different time points? Or is it something else?
