I would like to create my own predicted probability plot using a model from proc logistic because the one that is output by the procedure is not that attractive. Is there a relatively easy way to get these numbers as a dataset? I know I can write a code myself to do this, but I was just wondering if there was an easier way.

Thanks.

Use the output statement:

output out=out pred=p lower=l upper=u ;

run;

This contains your original data and p^ and the confidence limits. See the User's Guide for more options for more statistics to output.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
