I would like to run a power calculation for Cohen's Kappa analysis that provides a 95% CI around point estimates: 65%-85% agreement; alpha=0.05. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know that there's anything out of the box - you may want to run a simulation.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
