Cannot get "estimate"/"contrast" to work

just trying to test whether my contrast is different than 0. Code is attached... When I go to look at the results it only provides the ANOVA table and not the output for the estimate and contrast statements. i just did this with a different data set and it worked fine so I'm very confused. image.jpg

Look at the SAS log to see if there are any errors or warnings.  If so, tell us what they are.
