Is there an option in SAS survey procedures to handle singleton PSUs? The default drops them. Are their options similar to those in stata? I have seen other posts ask this question but have not see an answer.  Thanks!

Drops them ???? - all of the data are used for point estimation, but the singleton stratum does not contribute to the variance estimation. With NOCOLLAPSE it does not add a degree-of-freedom either. See Denominator Degrees of Freedom.

What SUDAAN or STATA behavior are you looking for?

Thank you! I miss read the warning as dropping rather not contributing. Appreciate your response! Best!

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
