Calculation of confidence intervals of AUC of logistic regression during scoring

I am building and validating a logistic regression model. I wish to calculate confidence interval of area under ROC curve upon validation in an independent population. However, I found no way of doing so, be I use SCORE statement of PROC LOGISTIC or PROC PLM. What should I do?
