Hi, 

I have two strata output from proc lifetest. How can I calculate a single confidence interval from both results  from the Survival Standard Error in the two tables below?

A confidence interval for what?  What is the population parameter for which you want an interval estimate?  Can you get PROC LIFETEST to give you a point estimate for that parameter?

The pointwise confidence limits for the survival function are in the OUTSURV= dataset.  This is an option on the PROC LIFETEST statement.
