Hello everyone
I have a dataset in which one part is a control group (C) and the other part is a longitudinal study at two time points (M1 and M2). I initially ran a standard ANOVA, but that's not the case since I need to take the longitudinal data into account. Does anyone have any suggestions for a model to perform this analysis?

I'd be very grateful.

Thanks a lot

José Eduardo.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
