Someone I work with said they ran across a paper on a study that contained an analysis which looked at the results of several different outcomes to identify an overall trend (kind of like a meta-analysis, but all in one study).
For example, say there are 4 outcomes being compared between 2 groups and none of the outcomes show statistical significance, but they all trend in the right way. Is there an analysis that aggregates these positive trend results into something meaningful? I've not heard of this and am unsure of what type of analysis this could be.
