Hi there,

With two files, one containing survey data, and another with standard population data (age groups, population and weight for each group), I am trying to calculate the age standardized rate for a specific disease (e.g. depression) for each individual year and for all years together - overall that is (i.e. 2011-2017).

Could you please help me with the the codes to accomplish this. Thanks in advance!!

Look up PROC STDRATE and specifically the documentation has fully worked examples.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
