Adjustment for regression dilution bias in multiple regression

I am looking for a macro to calculate multivariate adjustment of linear regression coefficients for regression dilution bias. I have read this paper (196-21-1) in which such a macro called RDBADJ is presented:

The macro is however not included in the paper. I would be grateful if someone could send me (or provide a link to) the macro.
