This sounds similar to a bioequivalence test. The adjusted geometric means should be the "anti-log" of the adjusted mean (ls-mean) of log transformed values. See the following paper for (hopefully) some help.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
