Hello,

We are trying to account for inverse probability of treatment weighting in a linear mixed model with repeated measures. However, SAS help has stated that  "As far as I know, IPW is often used in causal analysis. If that is how you want to account for it, then PROC MIXED has no such capability."

How do you (if possible) account for IPTW in a repeated measures analysis with a continuous outcome? Which procedure would be best?

Thanks!

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
