I think that you need to provide some details as to exactly where the "rules" are stored, SAS reporting procedure code, data set, someplace as well as what they are applied to. "Export in Excel" is also not very clear as to what is meant. Typically SAS would be used to "export to" Excel or other file format. So I am not at all sure what interpretation you have for "export in Excel".
