If I open an EGP and run it, the log changes, the datasets may or may not change, but the code remains the same.
Yet if I try to close the project, SAS asks if I want to save the changes.
So, I'd like to propose this:
1. Have something that indicates a changed icon...program, log, dataset, note, etc.
2. Have an overall 'changed' status that indicates that the *structure* of the project has not changed but that logs/datasets have.
