Even though the rule has been disabled to allow users to create scheduled jobs...


The option to "Schedule as a job" or create a "New Job" is not greyed out in the applications...



Even though the menu item allows the user to enter all the needed information to create a scheduled job, the end result is a scheduled job is not actually created which is what is desired.


However, this gives the impression that there is an issue with the software that the job wasn't scheduled, not that they don't have the permission to create a scheduled job.  The application option should be greyed out to reflect the permission rule.
