This post from back in 2017 asked about having a word wrap option. It's present in notepad.exe, Notepad++, and just about every other text editor I've used.

Word wrap is helpful to view long lines, and sometimes preferred for viewing full lines on screen during code review. Yes, it's a best practice to use shorter lines, but there are times long lines that are best formatted as such.

This would be beneficial in the log for users that screenshot the log, so we can see the full message. Yes, you can copy-paste the log, but sometimes screenshots are easier or preferable.

Once again, this should be an option, and likely default to be off.

Is this just for viewing the program?  Not sure how you would edit a wrapped line.

@Tom, this would be for editing and/or viewing. Editing is no different than how it currently works. Notepad.exe is a good example, as you can toggle it using Format >> Word Wrap.

The difference is that when a line "bleeds over" onto the next line, there isn't a new line number.
