PROC Report Sorting of Summarized Rows

Functionality should be added to PROC REPORT to allow sorting for summarized rows. This would avoid pre-processing steps prior to execution.

I think you want to provide some example, as in 1) data, 2) proc report code generating output from that data and 3) show what the desired output should be given this proposed option.

I am not sure what you mean. Since a row containing summaries could contain multiple columns of summarized values there isn't an obvious (to me) sort order that could be applied. And with the potential for multiple Break After and Break Before for different columns the vision gets even hazier.
