Add option to change background color for the Project Menu

I'm a newer user to SAS EG 8.3 and find viewing the program a little hard on the eyes.  It's very bright.  It would be nice to have the option to change the background color of the Project window.  I have already changed the background color in the Process Flow window.  More colors would be nice to have as well.  Thank you.

Hi Chris, I have tried dark mode and I find it very hard to read.

Essentially the same request was posted here in November 2019 for  SAS Enterprise Guide 8.1:

I had entered the customer's suggestion into our system and today checked the status of that entry.

Unfortunately, and as stated by development in the prior customer's suggestion, there is still currently no plan for this enhancement.
