It would be useful to have an informat like MDYAMPMw.d but for us non-US users.
You know you can create your own, customized informants?
Are there countries/regions that use a DMY date order and the am/pm separation?
With England I always assumed the MDY order, because of their customary naming of dates (May the Fourth ...)
So this might be of interest for people throughout the Commonwealth.
Very few countries use Month first. Thankfully ;o) .

There is more disagreement about which countries use Sunday as the first day of the week, but that's also a minority.
