Hi all,

I'm trying to define a link from WRS to an ID Portal page:
user is logged in to portal, then access a saved report viewing it with WRS , this report is a stored process that dynamically generate a content.
Inside this generated page I need to create a link to send back the user to a specific portal page.

Is it possible to do it?
I cannot find documentation on how to do it.
Thanks indeed in advance

If you go into the search screen in Portal, search for the page you want to redirect them to and then copy the url (via right click) you should be able to embed that url in your STP.

The trick is Portal may time the user out before they click on the link and then they will get a Portal login screen.

I got this working in 9.1 havent tested it in 9.2 though.

Hi Costanzo,

you can stop trying, WRS does not allow the display of
any STP-generated link using HTML or Java Script.
besides that, WRS wraps any code in a
 tag.
You can, if your project accepts that as a solution,
insert text and make it a link manually --each-- web report.

You could include the URL in the information map and then display this from WRS. Check out my sascommunity.org tip of the day this past month on how to allow WRS to display data as HTML.
