how to get URL of an image

There is an image, URL link, appended to a web report. Can I use SAS API / or other tools to get the URL of the image from the web report?

I am not sure what you mean by "an image, URL link, appended to a web report", would you pleae give me the URL link? It is different from the kind of url which save image in web server, like http://.....jpg, right? By the way, can you view the image by following the URL?
