how to add Report in SAS IDP portal ?

hi all, 

i need to add report in SAS IDP portal what all step i need to follow ? in addition to this i need to remove the existing report also from the same portal how to do it ? screenshot attached. 

But in existing structure is shown above and there is no option as edit content .

Did you create these Collection Portlets? The portlets can be edited by:

• the creator, or
• the group content administrator for a group that the portlets have been shared with.

yes I am trying to create collection Portlets . how can i know who is creator or group admin for it ?
