WRS on WAS5 and WAS61

Hi experts,

WRS works on Websphere 5. When client upgraded to WAS61 reports can be created however when trying to view a report it goes to a 404 error page. Client tried to shut down WAS61 and up WAS5 then everything works well again. Anyone encountered a similiar problem? Are there configuration files needed to be modified?
