when i try to access http://192.168.120.13:7980/SASLogon/Director?_directive=ViewComments&o_id=1

Hi,

it could be a problem because of dependencies on other services on your server, check SAS(R) 9.4 Intelligence Platform: System Administration Guide, Fourth Edition
