Hi guys!

Do you have any idea what is the max users accessing a wrs report? I believe that when using WRS it takes up memory, is it possible to derive the number of users by memory? e.g. for 8 gig of ram 6 users can access the report simultaneously? Would really appreciate you response.

There is no technical limit to the number of concurrent users for a particular WRS report. The only limitation would be the resources available in your envornment. You are correct in that each user will access memory while viewing a report, but memory consumption would vary depending on the content and complexity of each report.

Two things you may want to consider:

1. You can use the WRS Key Actions log to monitor who accesses any particular report. Documentation for the Key Action log can be found at http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/biwaag/63149/HTML/default/viewer.htm#a003050065.htm.

2. You may also investigate the Audit and Performance Measurement tool. http://support.sas.com/rnd/emi/EbiApm92/index.html
