Retiring of old WRS Reports/Cubes/Maps

Was wondering if anyone has a process or any recommendation that they can suggest for retiring old Web Report Studio Reports, Information Maps and OLAP Cubes.

I think that any generic wind-down process can be used for this.

The obvious parts would include

• current situation analysis
• user requirements
• target environment (if any) with a design specification and a migration plan.
• Shut down (or in your words "retiring") plan

Are you replacing with VA? In that case I would presume that SAS professional services or any of the larger SAS partners can assist you.
