Portal Doesn't Allow Content Admin to Create Shared Portal Page

Isn't the portal supposed to show a drop-down box of the groups with I can share a page?

I am a content administrator for two groups but I don't get the option of choosing one of them to share with.

What version you using.... how have you been setup as content admin?

The problem was that I made myself content admin on the groups tree instead of the group's permission tree

My first time.  Not a mistake I'll make again.
