Not able to Share Portal Pages by Default in IDP

I have admin privileges to the SAS IDP, I have created a page as type "Default" and assigned it to a group, which includes my Id.

The issue that I am facing is that the page that is being created cannot be viewed by other users in the same group by default, but the page can be searched and added explicitly, but I need this page to be added by default to the other users in the group.

Please suggest if there is any thing that I need to check in the Portal ACTs or the Group Permissions.

Are the other users in the group portal administrators? The page is not added automatically to the portal view if they are.
