Hi everyone,

We are using SAS 9.2 and we are facing an issue in the lib name. We are using Oracle as our data source.

We have created a library in SMC and we are able to register a table then we are making cubes in cube studio, filters in information map studio and reports in the Web report studio. Everything is perfect.

But if we are choosing the option 'Do not create N-way aggregation' during the cube creation and specifying our own level of aggregation then we are getting a below error.

There must be some difference between how you create the "whole" cube and the separate aggregations.

What software are you using, cube studio, di studio, display manager or something else?

For building a cube we are using SAS cube studio,

Is there anything that I have to change in the permission side?

Because when loading that table from Oracle to some general library in SMC using base sas code and doing the whole process, then it is showing no issues.

Have you tried to copy the code from cube studio and create the cube using the copied base code, like when you did the copy?

I think that there can be something on how the libname is assigned. Does not sound like it is pre-assigned.

The it could depend on how the libname is defined, if it use metadata or not.

I would try to copy the code first to see if it works 🙂
