I have created an Identity based filter in my information map based on SAS.IdentityGroups. I have a different set of filter values based on the Group that the user belongs. This work fine.

But,I want to assign a default filter value, which should be different for different groups.

For Ex:

Group | Default Filter Value

A | USA
B | India
C | Canada

Please let me know whether this is possible Message was edited by: RSB

Hi TSBruce, Thanks for the reply. This document covers how to define the row-level permissions using the SAS.IdentityGroups property based on an External table.

In my case I have created the Information exactly as defined in the document, In addition I have created Prompt in my information map. So When an User logs in, based on the group that the user belong the values in the prompt are determined from the external table.

My Question is that can I apply default values for my prompt ? i.e. each group should have an unique default value.
