Hello,

I am wondering, if there is a way to highlight WR values in a crosstable for every column separately, like the way it is done in Excel with Conditional Formatting option?

Thanks for any ideas!

Hi Miron,

I'm probably misunderstanding the question, but couldn't you just right click on the data, select conditional highlighting, select the column variable and then apply formatting based on the condition?

That's what I do for one of the KPIs I have.  There's nothing stopping me from applying this to ther KPIs.

Hi John,

yes, but in this case, I will have conditional formatting for the data in the whole table, and it is not really what I want.

Let's say, we have a crosstable, that shows us the number of sold items over the time in different stores. In this way, we will have the table with months in rows and stores in columns. For conditional formatting, some certain conditions should be defined (from 0 to 100 bad, from 500 - good, etc). But in real life, it is often not like this, so far the stores are different. And for a one particular store 10 sold items/month could be a significant result, as well as for another one it will be very bad.

So, I thought that there was a nice function, that could allow me to differentiate my categories, and to apply conditional formatting for every category separately, like Excel does (in my case for each store separately). But I did not find the solution so far.

Regards,

Miron
