Commentary on individual data point

Hi folks,

I am facing some challenges the WRS regarding to commentary. My end user want to have the capability to add comment on a individual data point. 

I know this is not supported by WRS, but just wondering is there any walkaround solution for this requirement?

You could add report linking to a SAS Stored Process which passes into it the datapoint specifics (Year=2001 and type=Backdoors for this example) and allows the user to submit a comment into a data table.
