Upload and Access historic attachments and coments related to SAS AML 7.1 in cloud in Viya 4

Need a feature in SAS Viya 4 to upload and access the historic comments and attachments from SAS AML 7.1 to Viya 4. As part of the solution user should access the attachments on request. Need a technical strategy to this requirement so that this will be implemented in our existing environment. Please provide your advise related to additional sizing requirements also. Because our current SAS Viya 4 platform is in MS Azure cloud and hosting SAS AML.
