Unable to add SAS VA dashboards to My Favorites

Hi,

Some of our users are unable to add SAS VA dashboards to their "My Favorites" folder. If they right click on a report the menu doesn't show the option to add the report to their favorites (see below).

I've already checked the rules below, which seem fine to me.

Does anyone have any more suggestions?
