I have a student who was sent an invite to enroll in the instructor-created section of SAS Viya for learners. I think her email went to the Spam folder which was probably deleted after 15 days. I am trying to get her in; so I tried several things without success. I deleted her (it says "are you sure you want to revoke the student's access?" and I say yes), and re-invite her hoping that she gets the email again this time watching her Spam folder. No success though as she told me she hasn't received the email. can you help?
