Shell commands support in SAS Viya 3.5 on Windows

I am using SAS Studio Basic in SAS Viya 3.5 on WIndows Server.
Looks like shell commands like X copy and pipe do not work.
Wondering if SAS Viya 3.5 on Windows has the support for the shell commands like xcopy and pipe?

Your Viya server must be configured with XCMD, see Configure Servers to Allow XCMDs
