Hi,

I am facing the issue of login into viya application as i checked all the servers services are up and running and space everything okay, but when i try to login with user id and pass then it  shows "500 internal Server Error" i try using another user but the error is same.

please let me know if any one face this kind of error and fix.

You should check the logs for saslogon to see what failure is causing the HTTP 500 response.
