SAS Viya slowness

how much minimum network speed is required for sas viya ??

My viya application is running very slow. Memory usage is already crossed by 80%. how i reduced a memory usage or my viya server.

If you experiencing performance issues with SAS Viya, I strongly suggest opening a track with technical support.

Thanks, Alexal , we already raised this issue with tech support team. they gave me tuning monitor guide. but the problem is not resolved.
