SAS Viya Authentication API

Can we generate access token through SAS Viya Authentication API with password grant type and providing encrypted password? Is there an example/documentation with steps to do so? The password is encrypted using proc pwencode.

Please see my blog post: Authentication to SAS Viya: a couple of approaches. In the Get an access token using the password grant section, I outline how to generate an access token using the password grant type.
