SAS Viya 3.5 and SAS Access Interfaces

We have a SAS Viya 3.5 Single Machine install on windows with no SAS Access Interface to PC files / ODBC.
Can some one guide about the  options for accessing excel files /Oracle?

I don't think you can connect to Oracle or open an Excel workbook (xls, xlsx) without the associated SAS Access products you mentioned. These are the products that enable that functionality.
