SAS VA (Viya) – Drop-down list: auto-select latest date without "Initially select first item" option

Hello,

In SAS Visual Analytics, I have a Drop-down list control to select a date (actually a timestamp in YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS String format).

I want the control to automatically select the latest value (first list item) by default, so that the report always opens on the current situation without the user having to change the selection manually.

I found some posts mentioning an "Initially select first item" checkbox in the Drop-down list options, but in my environment this option does not appear.
