Rules for Model Registry

Hi I'm managing with SAS Viya administration and I'm wondering if there's any way to prohibit certain group of users from register models in Model Studio?

I have searched "modelstudio", "model", "register" in Environment Manager Rules but no luck.

Would be happy to learn if there's any approach to disallow certain groups to register models. Thanks!
