Redeploy (jobs) existing altered flow initially made and deployed by an other programmer.?

At this moment i'am not able to redeploy an already deployed flow  which is deployed by an other user.

Is there some configuration setting which has to be enabled to achieve this?

What version are you using?

I guess you change the Read rule to Write?

Sharing and viewing jobs in the scheduler is not the problem .  

Redeploy flows (the new kind of flows introduced in viya 4) is the problem when this job is earlier  deployed  by someone else.

I want to be able to redeploy flows (the new one introduced in viya 4)
