Python and R with Viya 3.4 VDMML

Would like to ask what are the requirements if I want to use python and R with SAS VDMML?

Like -What are the requirements

-Steps to install the requirements

-Any sample validation that can be done to test.

Any documentations that I can refer to to accomplish above stuffs?
