Publishing Window timing out and destination drop down empty

Hi there, 

We are in version 25 of this decision and this has never happened before. When we open the publish window from this decision it hangs for around two minutes and when it does come up the destination drop down is empty (we have 4). It seems to be okay in other decisions however this one which we've never had a problem with before makes it unable to publish. 

We tried restarting the sas services, the machine and duplicating the decision (to remove the overhead of versions). Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone encountered this or have any idea how to fix it?

For this it appeared one of our sub decisions was bad. When we re-imported everything the publishing window loaded and worked correctly.
