We started receiving this error and cannot understand the source of it. I even just created a new simple decision so it has to be a system issue versus a single decision. Beyond that the endpoint does appear to be available and usable even with this error but I would like to remove it.

What SAS product does this relate to? Your best option is to raise this with SAS Tech Support.
Got a ticket with support as well just trying different avenues.
