Publishing Error 'Publishing validation test could not be found'

We started receiving this error and cannot understand the source of it. I even just created a new simple decision so it has to be a system issue versus a single decision. Beyond that the endpoint does appear to be available and usable even with this error but I would like to remove it.

What SAS product does this relate to? Your best option is to raise this with SAS Tech Support.

I suspect this is the same root cause as the behavior you are seeing with SAS Studio. We are trying to call an endpoint that is not registered. I'm not sure which service is being used here, so you may wish to restart the environment entirely.
